Reservations
Reserve your hotel rooms early by calling 888-627-9031, and identify that you are attending the 2013 LEAD Conference for student councils and honor societies. If you would like to reserve rooms online go to: LEAD Conferences for Honor Societies and Student Councils.
After making reservations, complete the Hotel
Reservations Confirmation Form and fax it to the hotel.
Rates
Room rates are $104 per room, per night plus taxes (currently 11%) and must be guaranteed by one night's deposit on a major credit card. Rates are on a first-come basis according to the hotel's room block capacity or the deadline date, whichever occurs first. An early departure fee of $75 will apply if an attendee checks out prior to the confirmed checkout date for any non-emergency reason.
Deadline
The cut off date to reserve rooms is January 23, 2013, but don't wait. Make your reservations early.

Hotel Reservations Confirmation Form
Complete this form after you have made your hotel reservations to confirm your room reservations, to assist with group room locations and a smooth check-in, and to verify the names of your room reservations. Fax the completed form to the Westin Lombard Hotel by February 4, 2013.
Transportation
All travel arrangements to and from the conference must be made by advisers. Travel is at attendees' own expense.
The Westin Lombard Hotel is located near the Metra Rail train station offering easy and affordable transportation to the downtown Chicago area.
The Lombard train station is at 20 N. Main St. in Lombard: 630-627-0099. Located less than two miles from the Westin Hotel (Westin does provide service to the train station). The local train (all stops) takes about 35-40 minutes to the city and will cost less than $5 per person.
