The discounted early bird registration rate is available for individuals or groups that register online and submit full payment by the deadline dates listed to the right. All online Registration Forms must be completed by the deadline dates along with the a completed Registration Payment Form with full payment attached.

Complete the online Registration Forms. All students and advisers must complete the online Registration Forms by the deadline dates listed above before payment information can be submitted and registration can be confirmed. |
| STEP 2 |
Complete both pages of the Registration Payment Form and submit it with full payment (via mail or fax) no later than the deadline dates listed above. Please submit separate forms for each school in your delegation. Keep a copy of all forms for your records. |
| STEP 3 |
After your full payment and Registration Payment Form have been processed and all members of your delegation have registered online, you will receive a payment confirmation e-mail from LEAD instructing you to visit the Confirmation Materials section of the website to view important conference information and to download forms that need to be submitted at the conference. Instruct all members of your delegation to visit the Confirmation Materials section. |

Hotel and travel costs are separate and are not included in the conference registration fees.
Refunds for cancellations will not be issued.
Substitutions may be made at any time. Substitutes will not be confirmed until they have registered online and fax a completed substitution form to NASSP, Attn: Kathy Jones, Registrar, (703) 476-9321. Substitution forms may be faxed up until five business days before the conference. After that date, the conference adviser must bring a copy of the completed substitution form to turn in on-site during registration.

All attendees must register online. Please note the registration process must be completed in one sitting. If the process is stopped partway through, all information will be lost.
When entering data, please use the title case with no abbreviations and make sure that all fields are completed. Please review your data carefully and edit information as you enter it. Changes cannot be made after you have clicked “Submit.”
After you have completed the online registration process, you will receive an e-mail message confirming that your registration has been successfully submitted. In addition, you will also receive an e-mail that will include a copy of your registration form. Please print a copy of the registration form for your records. Do not send the registration form to NASSP/LEAD Conference.Students: your adviser should automatically receive a copy of your registration form—via e-mail—providing their e-mail is typed correctly on your form and/or their spam filter permits the e-mail to go through. Please confirm with your conference adviser that they received a copy of your registration form.
Once payment information and attendee names have been submitted and confirmed by NASSP/LEAD Conference, delegates will receive a payment confirmation e-mail. Advisers and delegates will be given information about the confirmation materials and be approved to finalize their travel plans.
